Warranty Policy

1. Repair Service Warranty

PhoneSouq provides a 6-month warranty on all parts replaced during a repair service. This warranty covers defects in the specific parts we installed and the labor associated with the repair. It does not cover new issues unrelated to the original repair, nor does it cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or software-related issues that occur after the repair.

2. Refurbished Device Warranty

All PhoneSouq Certified Refurbished devices come with a 12-month limited warranty. This warranty covers hardware failures and defects in workmanship. It does not cover battery degradation from normal use, cosmetic damage, or any damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

3. Claiming Your Warranty

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support with your original order number or invoice. We will arrange an inspection to diagnose the issue. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part or device at our discretion.
