1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to PhoneSouq. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and PhoneSouq, concerning your access to and use of the phonesouq.ae website as well as any related services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Our Services
PhoneSouq provides a platform for users to sell, buy, and repair smartphones and other electronic devices. All transactions are subject to our internal valuation, inspection, and verification processes.
2.1. Selling a Device
When you submit a request to sell a device, you agree that the information provided about the device's condition is accurate. The initial quote is an estimate and is subject to change after our physical inspection. The final offer will be communicated to you before payment. Ownership of the device transfers to PhoneSouq upon your acceptance of the final offer and completion of payment.
2.2. Repairing a Device
For repair services, the initial quote is an estimate based on the issues you report. The final cost may vary if our technicians discover additional problems upon inspection. We will not proceed with any additional work or charges without your prior consent. All repairs are covered by our Warranty Policy.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during any submission process. You must be the legal owner of any device you intend to sell and have the right to transfer its ownership. You are responsible for deactivating all personal accounts (e.g., iCloud, Google Account) and removing SIM/memory cards before handing over your device.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law in the United Arab Emirates, PhoneSouq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
