We offer a 7-day return policy for all our Certified Refurbished devices. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund, provided the device is in its original, undamaged condition with all included accessories.
2. Repair Service Refunds
Payments for repair services are generally non-refundable once the service is completed. However, if you experience issues related to the repair, it will be covered under our Warranty Policy. If a repair cannot be completed successfully, any charges for the uncompleted work may be refunded at our discretion.
3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the device to us. Refunds are processed to your original payment method after we have received and inspected the returned item.
